Ayrshire Cancer Support has teamed up with Gillian’s Saltire Appeal to offer a respite getaway in their flat in Largs.

About The Moorings

A cosy two bedroom apartment located on the Largs seafront opposite the ferry terminal with views out over the Firth of Clyde.

Eligibility for staying at The Moorings

Anyone affected by cancer in Ayrshire is eligible to stay at the Moorings with immediate relatives/carers. Please note that we can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. This includes babies and toddlers.
The person with the cancer diagnosis must either be undergoing treatment, or within five years after active treatment for cancer has ended.
Immediate relatives/carers who are bereaved due to cancer are eligible for a stay within two years of their bereavement.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted at any time in the apartment.
Unregistered guests are not permitted during your stay.
