Groups, Courses & Workshops
Our range of groups, course and workshops are available in our local centres and provide opportunities for people to meet our team, and connect with others. Regular peer groups are available for specific diagnoses and workshops are focused on specific topics e.g. prehabilitation, gardening, makeup and skincare.
There are also courses available for groups such as those that are bereaved, those experiencing treatment induced menopause, for people that are worried about their cancer returning, and those looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Learn More About Groups, Courses & Workshops
Support groups, course and workshops are available for both men and women at our local centres (Kilmarnock & Ayr), providing a quiet, safe, and supportive space to share experiences, express emotions, and explore coping strategies for living with cancer.
For Children & Young People Services, please visit our CYP services.
Groups provide a supportive space to share experiences, express emotions, and regain a sense of control. Beyond emotional support, the groups aim to reduce isolation, alleviate anxiety, and help individuals move forward in their life.
By fostering new coping mechanisms, people can reduce stress, enhancing well-being, and importantly develop a network of meaningful connections.
As with all our services, we have a recognised training policy in place and counsellors are supervised both through group and individual formats as required.
Confidentiality is of paramount importance and all counsellors adhere to a strict code of confidentiality.
